I went to the open painting day at Skeleton Key - 419 in Newton, KS to play around on a temporary emoji mural. This is an evolving project as people are throwing all the paint on the walls that they can before the remodel, so check it out while you can.
I have a sketchbook in this traveling sketchbook show through the Women's Caucus for Art Eco-Art Caucus. The show will first be on display at ArtHouse 6 in Johnstown, PA through April 25, 2025. Here is an image of the cover of my book, which features my poem Contemplation.

Since everyone enjoyed seeing the outfits I came up with for figure modeling at the Hutchinson Art Center, I figured I would continue posting images here for all that I can't share the artists' drawings. I decided to pay homage to Mary Cassatt's work and take this very lifelike baby doll with me this time.
I will be at the Per Aspera open mic night at Ad Astra Books & Coffee House in Salina this Friday, March 14 at 7 PM. The Per Aspera book will be released soon, so check back for more details.

As some of you may know, I am getting off of Facebook. I had been using the platform to let people know what I am up to, but recent changes to the structure of the social media are not playing nice with my system and so I am not engaging in this manner.
